Digital Technology Overview
Information and Communication Technologies are used to assist learning in a variety of ways at Toowoomba East State School. They support the implementation of curriculum, and are integrated throughout all key learning areas. Technology is used as a tool to support and enhance learning, develop creativity and logical and lateral thinking, assist with research, and develop digital and information processing literacy skills necessary for future learning.

Throughout our school, wireless connectivity and a range of printers support our digital technologies. Students from prep to year six have access to computers in their classrooms as well as our three well equipped digital learning centres.
Microsoft Office for Free
All Queensland state school teaching staff and students can download multiple free copies of the latest Microsoft Office to their personal home computers and mobile devices.
